20S BY THE AFTERNOON WHILE CLOUD COVER INCREASES THROUGH
DAY...BECOMING MAINLY OVERCAST BY THE AFTERNOON. FRIDAY
NIGHT...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL RECOVER TO AROUND 80
PERCENT...WHILE SOUTHEAST WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH CONTINUE. WINDS WILL
