.DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms are possible over the Keystone Fire until 2200 this
evening, with clouds and precipitation chances decreasing rapidly
overnight. Wind speeds will generally be light with RH values near
90 percent early Friday morning. Thunderstorms should re-develop
after 1100 Friday and could produce gusty and erratic surface winds
once again. Minimum RH values will fall to near 30 percent and west
winds could become gusty between 1100 and 2100.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy early, then clouds decreasing. A
                    chance of showers and thunderstorms until 2200.
CWR.................15 percent.
LAL.................3.
Min temperature.....40-45 degrees.
Max humidity........85-90 percent.
WIND (20 FT)........Southwest around 5 MPH. Gusty and erratic winds
                    possible near thunderstorms this evening.
Mixing height.......500-1000 feet AGL after midnight.
Transport winds.....West 10 MPH.
Haines Index........3 (Very Low).

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy in the morning, then becoming
                    mostly cloudy. A slight chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms after 1100.

Min humidity........30-35 percent.
WIND (20 FT)........West around 5 MPH in the morning, increasing to
                    5-10 MPH with gusts near 25 MPH after 1100. Gusty
