.DISCUSSION...

It will be cooler and somewhat more moist today behind a front.  Winds
will become northwesterly by late morning and gust to 20-25 mph through
the afternoon.  There will be a slight chance of storms once again during
the afternoon.  The cooling and moistening trend will continue into Friday.

Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny then becoming partly cloudy.
                    Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in
                    the afternoon.
CWR.................5 percent.
LAL.................2 in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 73.
Min humidity........Around 29 percent.
WIND (20 FT)........Northwest winds 12 to 15 mph with gusts to 23 mph.
                    Gusty and erratic winds expected near thunderstorms
                    in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......Increasing to around 9000 ft AGL in the afternoon.
Transport winds.....Northwest around 18 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Good to excellent.
