.DISCUSSION...Hey Bease...Good to have you back up here again. Main
issues that you will have to contend with is clearing skies in the
afternoon and the increase in instability that enhances fire activity
each afternoon. In addition another round of offshore winds look to
begin tomorrow night and then likely a little stronger for Friday night
into Saturday morning...and to a lesser extent Sunday into Monday
for that area. Similar to what we saw last week when all the fires up
there took off. At this time doesn`t look Red Flag worthy but will
definitely have some headlines for gusty NE winds and lower recoveries
long the upper slopes and ridges. For today (Thursday) will continue
with mainly weak onshore flow (nw) but watch out for earlier clearing of
smoke and inversions.
