.DISCUSSION...
Looking at increasing clouds through the evening into the overnight
hours. Areas of light rain as temperatures are expected to remain
in the mid to upper 30s ahead of a strong cold front that will move
through just before sunrise. Behind the front... look for north winds
to become strong and gusty. Temperatures will fall below freezing
quickly behind the front then fall slowly through the rest of the day.
Winds chill index will start out in the 20s dropping into the teens
during the afternoon hours. Rains changing over to freezing rains...
sleet... and snow tomorrow behind the front.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Chance of rain
                    after midnight.
Min temperature.....Around 31.
Max humidity........85 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds becoming northeast 5 to 8 mph after
                    midnight.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming northeast 5 to 8 mph after
                    midnight.
Mixing height.......200-1600 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....South 3 to 5 mph shifting to the north 6 to 13
                    mph after midnight, then increasing to around
                    17 mph late in the night.
