.Remarks...

1. There is a low potential for patchy moderate to dense fog.
This will be highly dependent on wind speed. It is more likely
that a low cloud deck will occur. If wind speeds fall below 5
mph, the fog threat will increase.

2. A northerly wind is not anticipated through Wednesday morning.
However, winds will become northerly late Wednesday afternoon
or Wednesday night after the cold frontal passage.
