.DISCUSSION...Warm conditions are expected today with gusty south
winds. The winds could be southeasterly at times in the afternoon.
In addition, low late morning and afternoon humidities can be
expected, dropping to 20 to 25 percent. The Fine Fuel Moisture
Code is expected to remain just below critical levels today.

Another warm and breezy day is expected on Tuesday, however daytime
humidity values will be a bit higher than today.

                    morning.
