.DISCUSSION...
Winds are beginning to increase aloft and are starting to be felt
by ridge tops this evening. Expect wind gusts to increase tonight,
and become greater than 25 mph after midnight due to a relatively
dry cold front. Winds will begin as southwesterly and turn
westerly throughout the day Wednesday. Some showers could develop
in the vicinity of the spot location by late Wednesday
afternoon/evening, though wetting rains are not likely. In
addition, temperatures will become noticeably cooler with this
cold front, and improved RH recoveries will be expected by
Wednesday night.

* Wind (20 ft)........Southwest 7-12 mph. West-southwest wind
  gusts of 25-30 mph will start to be felt on ridges as early as
  midnight. Winds will become southwest 15-20 mph with gusts to
  30-35 mph after 0300.

* Mixing Height.......7000 ft agl decreasing to 2000 ft agl after
  midnight.
