DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS EXPECTED TODAY AS A WARM FRONT PASSES TO
THE NORTHEAST AND WEAK HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS IN. IT WILL REMAIN
MILD ON SUNDAY...WITH CHANCE OF RAIN AS WEAK LOW PRESSURE PASSES
OFF THE SOUTHERN MID ATLANTIC COAST. A WIND-DRIVEN HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL FOLLOW FOR SUNDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY AS AN INTENSE
STORM THEN MOVES UP THE COAST.
