.DISCUSSION...A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WAS POSITIONED OVER WASHINGTON
AND NORTH IDAHO EARLY THIS MORNING WHILE EMBEDDED DISTURBANCES
WERE NOTED ROTATING THROUGH AND EJECTING FROM THE BASE OF THE
TROUGH INTO SRN IDAHO. ONE SUCH DISTURBANCE WAS ADVANCING INTO
THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AT 400 AM WITH A BROAD AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPING SOUTHWEST OF STALEY. LINEAR ESTIMATES PLACE THIS ACTIVITY
IN SALMON AROUND 645 AM. NUMERICAL MODELS SHOW INCREASED CHANCES
OF THUNDERSTORM COVERAGE AND ACTIVITY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

                    SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
