.DISCUSSION....Cool and cloudy conditions across the burn area today.
Winds will shift from south to west later today, before becoming light
and variable tonight. Winds will be a little breezier on Thursday, and
temperatures will warm slightly as morning clouds give way to afternoon
sun. Any showers Thursday will remain well east of the burn site and
closer to the Cascades.


 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
