.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry today as an upper level ridge of high pressure
remains over the region. Northwest winds will gradually increase
through the morning, shifting to the west and strengthening
further in the early afternoon. Winds may gust as high as 25 MPH
at times between noon and 1700 PDT, then weaken through the
evening. Humidity recovery tonight will be poor. Cooler but still
very dry on Tuesday as an upper level trough moves through
California. Similar gusty west winds will develop Tuesday
afternoon.
