17%. 20 foot winds will be around 10 mph, with the highest speeds
nearing 15 mph. Elevated to near critical fire weather conditions
are possible tomorrow afternoon as gusty west winds combine with
warm temperatures and relative humidity values from 10 to 15
percent for much of the area.
