.DISCUSSION...A SUPPRESSED RIDGE OVER THE DESERT SOUTHWEST IS
ALLOWING FOR A MOIST CONVERGENT FLOW OVER UTAH TODAY ALLOWING
DEEP MOISTURE TO REMAIN IN PLACE. STORM DEVELOPMENT IS ONCE AGAIN
EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON WITH INITIAL UPDRAFTS FORMING OVER THE MTNS
TO THE NW AFTER 1200...BUT MOST LIKELY AFTER 14/1500. WETTING
RAINS ARE EXPECTED WITH ANY CELL THAT MOVES OVER THE BURN SITE
DURING THIS AFTERNOON...WITH INTENSE RAINFALL POSSIBLE. ISOLATED
LIGHTNING AND ERRATIC WINDS UP TO 30 MPH ARE A POTENTIAL AS WELL
WITH PASSING STORM CELLS.

OUTSIDE OF THE STORM POTENTIAL...HUMIDITY WILL REMAIN ELEVATED
FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR...BUT SHOULD BOTTOM OUT AROUND 20-25 PERCENT
JUST PRIOR TO ANY STORMS. VERY GOOD RECOVERY ONCE AGAIN TONIGHT.
WINDS OUTSIDE OF STORM ACTIVITY SHOULD TREND FROM A LIGHT TO
MODERATE SW THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT LOOK TO BECOME A
PREVAILING NORTHEAST AFTER 14/1500 WITH MODERATE GUST POTENTIAL.
