.DISCUSSION...LOW CLOUDS LINGERING THIS MORNING WILL TREND TO
THIN QUITE RAPIDLY LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. DEEP
INSTABILITY IN PLACE WILL ALLOW FOR NEAR UNLIMITED CLEARING THOUGH
SURFACE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN ELEVATED FROM THE SOUTHWEST
ACROSS THE BOULDER MT PLATEAU. A WEAK DISTURBANCE MOVING ACROSS
NORTHERN/CENTRAL UTAH LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING WILL DRIVE A
NORTHWESTERLY WIND SWITCH LATE THIS EVENING BEHIND A WEAK COLD
FRONT...THOUGH SNOWFALL WILL BE LIMITED OVERNIGHT WITH NEW ACCUMS
OF A HALF INCH OR LESS AS THE PRIMARY ENERGY WILL REMAIN NORTH OF
THE BURN SITE. THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL BE VERY SHALLOW BY THE
TIME IT WORKS THROUGH THE FREMONT SITE...SO LOW LEVEL INVERSION
DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED FOR WEDNESDAY. DO SUSPECT ENOUGH LOW LEVEL
INSTABILITY WILL REMAIN AND COUPLED WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE
NORTHWEST FLOW DO BELIEVE A WINDOW OF CLEARING ABOVE 500 IS
POSSIBLE IN THE 13-1600 WINDOW TOMORROW AFTERNOON...THOUGH
MIXING HEIGHTS WILL REMAIN QUITE SHALLOW. VERY COLD AND
GETTING COLDER BEHIND THIS SYSTEM.
