IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SLOWLY DOWN THE LAKE
THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND BE THE FOCUS FOR SHOWERS AND
STORMS. A WEAK LOW FORMS OVER THE SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING AND PASSES SOUTH OF THE LAKE THURSDAY AT
29.9 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS
THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES DURING THE END OF THE WEEK...DRIFTING OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN DURING THE WEEKEND.
