AND TONIGHT BEFORE WEAK HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE LOWER
GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL THEN PUSH ACROSS THE LAKE
ON TUESDAY. A SPRAWLING 30.0 INCH HIGH OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS
WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
