WILL FORM ON THIS TROUGH OVER LAKE HURON TONIGHT AND MOVE TO CENTRAL
QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIES WILL BUILD INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS TONIGHT...AND
THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY AS IT WEAKENS TO 30.0
INCHES. THE HIGH WILL PASS JUST SOUTH OF MICHIGAN THURSDAY AND OVER
THE NORTHEAST STATES ON FRIDAY. 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL ORGANIZE
