TO 30.6 INCHES OVER QUEBEC BY WEDNESDAY MORNING WHILE EXTENDING A
RIDGE OF 30.3 INCHES ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR AND THE UPPER GREAT LAKES.
EXPECT THE RIDGE OVER LAKE SUPERIOR TO PERSIST BUT WEAKEN TO 30.1
INCHES THROUGH FRIDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OF 29.4 INCHES OVER
THE MID ATLANTIC STATES MOVES TO NOVA SCOTIA. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM OF 29.4 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER MANITOBA ON FRIDAY AND
DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES TO HUDSON BAY BY SATURDAY
MORNING. THIS LOW WILL EXPAND INTO QUEBEC BY LATE SATURDAY AS A
HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OF 30.1 INCHES BUILDS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS.
