HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE REGION TODAY FOLLOWED BY AN ALBERTA
CLIPPER CROSSING THE AREA THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT. THE CLIPPER WILL
SPREAD A ROUND OF MAINLY LIGHT SNOW ACROSS THE BASINS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
RETURN FOR LATE FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.

72 HOUR QPF IS ZERO IN THE SOUTHEASTERN BASINS INCREASING TO FOUR TENTHS
OF AN INCH IN THE EXTREME NORTH BRANCH SUSQUEHANNA BASIN. THE BULK OF THE
QPF IS ON DAY TWO.

MINOR FLUCTUATIONS IN STAGE WILL CONTINUE IN SPOTS FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS
DUE TO ICE EFFECTS.
