This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Minnesota...central Wisconsin...
north central Wisconsin and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

A Winter Weather Advisory for freezing rain and freezing drizzle
is in effect tonight.

Periods of light freezing drizzle this evening will give way to
more widespread freezing rain later tonight, possibly mixed at
times with sleet or snow. Ice accumulation up to a tenth of an
inch is expected. Travel will become difficult to hazardous later
tonight, especially on untreated roads.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

A Winter Weather Advisory for freezing rain and freezing drizzle
is in effect Tuesday.

Periods of freezing rain or drizzle, possibly mixed with sleet or
snow, will continue Tuesday morning and then diminish Tuesday
afternoon. Additional ice accumulation up to a tenth of an inch is
expected. Travel will be difficult to hazardous, including during
the morning commute. Impacts will be the worst on untreated roads.

Some light snow is likely Thursday night, with an inch or two of
accumulation possible.

Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Mainly rain is expected tonight, with totals of up to 1/4 inch
possible. Runoff from this rain falling on frozen ground may
produce rises on area streams and rivers.

Areas of fog are also possible tonight with reductions in
visibility below 1 mile at times.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

An additional 1/4 inch of rain is possible Tuesday. Runoff from
this rain falling on frozen ground may produce further rises on
area streams and rivers.

Some light snow is likely Thursday night, with an inch or two of
accumulation possible.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Reports of any rises on rivers and streams or ice jamming would be
appreciated today through Tuesday.
