RAINFALL...URBAN FLOODING AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES WILL
BE THE MAIN HAZARDS. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR
ZAPATA...STARR... HIDALGO AND INLAND CAMERON AND WILLACY COUNTIES.
