A COMPLEX STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK FROM THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI  SUNDAY
TO JUST OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THIS STORM
WILL BRING AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF RAIN FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON INTO
TUESDAY. AS THE STORM DEEPENS OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST TUESDAY,
RAIN COULD MIX WITH OR CHANGE TO SNOW, ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS FROM THE LAURELS UP THROUGH THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS.
