WINDS IS WORKING ITS WAY DOWN THE MIDDLE AND LOWER CHESAPEAKE
BAY. WIND GUSTS UP TO 25 KNOTS CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH 3 OR 4 AM...
WITH WINDS DECREASING FROM NORTH TO SOUTH AFTER 4 AM. BOATERS
SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR A 2 TO 3 HOUR PERIOD OF ROUGH
CONDITIONS...WITH WAVES ON THE BAY REACHING 3 FEET AT TIMES.
