A MARINE WEATHER STATEMENT HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS...
  THE SAINT LAWRENCE RIVER FROM CAPE VINCENT TO SAINT REGIS...

AT 538 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 21 NM
NORTHWEST OF WELLESLEY ISLAND TO 22 NM EAST OF BLACK RIVER BAY...
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 33
KNOTS...AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL
MARINE WARNING MAY EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM UNGROUNDED
