...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS...

AT 726 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM BETSY ROSS REEF TO NEAR HILTON HEAD REEF.
THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE DRIFTING NORTH.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 830 AM EDT INCLUDE:
HILTON HEAD REEF...GASKIN BANKS...GENERAL GORDON...BEAUFORT 45 FEET
REEF...FRIPP ISLAND WRECK...HUNTING ISLAND REEF...GASKINS BANK
WRECK...BETSY ROSS REEF...FRIPP ISLAND REEF AND FISH AMERICA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS. IF
CAUGHT ON THE OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE...KEEP AWAY FROM
