THIS MORNINGS MOIST TROPICAL AIR MASS OVER THE LOCAL BAYS AND
UPPER TEXAS GULF COAST WILL BE CONDUCIVE FOR THE FORMATION OF
SHORT LIVED FUNNEL CLOUDS. WHILE MANY FUNNEL CLOUDS WILL NOT REACH
THE WATERS SURFACE...THERE WILL OCCASIONALLY BE A FUNNEL CLOUD
THAT DOES REACH THE WATER TO BECOME A WATERSPOUT. FUNNEL CLOUDS
CAN DEVELOP WITHIN ANY SHOWER OR STORM CLOUD AND THEY SHOULD BE
MONITORED FOR THE POTENTIAL OF WATERSPOUT FORMATION. BE MINDFUL
THAT WINDS CAN QUICKLY STRENGTHEN...WITH AN AGITATED SEA
STATE...IN OR AROUND THUNDERSTORMS.
