AT 630 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED A LINE
OF DEVELOPING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...EXTENDING FROM NEAR THE
CONTENT KEYS...THROUGH SNIPE POINT...TO JUST NORTHWEST OF KEY WEST.
THROUGH 730 PM...THIS LINE OF DEVELOPING CUMULUS CLOUDS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS...WHICH TEND TO FORM BENEATH THE
DARK FLAT BASES OF THESE CLOUDS. WATERSPOUTS CAN EASILY FLIP BOATS
AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL TIMES. REPORT ANY WATERSPOUTS TO OUR
OFFICE AT 3...0...5...2...9...5...1...3...1...6.
