THUNDERSTORM...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS TO AROUND 30 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR GRAND ISLE...MOVING WEST AT 20 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
