...AREAS OF DENSE SEA FOG THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING ACROSS THE
EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA WATERS...

DENSE SEA FOG HAS REDUCED THE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE
AT TIMES AND IS EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH EARLY EVENING.
MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO REDUCE YOUR SPEED AND KEEP A LOOK OUT FOR
OTHER VESSELS...BUOYS AND BREAKWATERS. KEEP YOUR NAVIGATION
LIGHTS ON. IF NOT EQUIPPED WITH RADAR YOU SHOULD CONSIDER
RETURNING TO PORT OR REMAIN AT THE DOCKS UNTIL THE FOG LIFTS. MAKE
SURE YOUR CREW IS WEARING PROPERLY FITTED LIFE JACKETS.
