.STRONG NORTH WINDS AND HAZARDOUS SEAS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS LATE THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT IN THE
WAKE OF A STRONG COLD FRONT. THE STRONG NORTH WINDS AND HAZARDOUS
SEAS WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AND INTO SUNDAY.
HIGH WINDS AND SEAS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY SUNDAY EVENING.
