WATERWAYS AND NEARSHORE WATERS OF THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS
THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO
INTENSIFY ACROSS THE OFFSHORE GULF WATERS TONIGHT WITH SEAS
BECOMING HAZARDOUS.
