.GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING AS A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM APPROACHES THE STATE. WINDS WILL ALLOW FOR BUILDING WAVES BY
EARLY THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE BEFORE SUBSIDING THURSDAY MORNING.
NORTHWEST WINDS IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT WILL BE ON THE
INCREASE AGAIN LATER THURSDAY.

  BEFORE SUBSIDING LATE TONIGHT. WIND SWILL THEN VEER NORTHWEST
  AND INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 KTS LATER THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 4 TO 6 FT IN ICE FREE AREAS. WAVES WILL
  BRIEFLY DIMINISH SOMEWHAT THURSDAY MORNING BEFORE INCREASING
  TO 3 TO 5 FEET LATER THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
