...STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS AND HIGH WAVES THIS WEEKEND...

.NORTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS WEEKEND AS A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM SLOWLY APPROACHES LAKE MICHIGAN FROM THE SOUTHWEST. WINDS
WILL BECOME GUSTY SATURDAY AFTERNOON SOUTH OF STURGEON BAY ON
LAKE MICHIGAN...AND WILL INCREASE FURTHER NORTH BY SATURDAY
EVENING. THE STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE A PROLONGED PERIOD OF
HIGH WAVES.

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OVER 20 KNOTS OR
WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.  INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
