THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON HAS ISSUED A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EST WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST TO EAST WINDS 15 TO 25 KT THIS MORNING
  BECOMING SOUTHEAST THRU SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 KT THIS AFTERNOON.
  AND FINALLY VEERING TO THE NORTHWEST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS TO
  25 KT TONIGHT.

* SEAS...WILL PEAK BETWEEN 5 AND 8 FEET LATER THIS MORNING AND
  AFTERNOON...SUBSIDING TO 3 TO 6 FT LATE TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS,
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
