CRAFT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
5 AM EDT SUNDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 20 KNOTS THIS
  MORNING...BECOMING NORTH NEAR 20 KNOTS THIS AFTERNOON.
  NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS WILL DECREASE TO NEAR 15 KNOTS TONIGHT.

* WAVES/SEAS...3 TO 5 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 6
  FEET...BUILDING TO 5 TO 7 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL SEAS UP TO 9
  FEET LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 20 TO 33 KNOTS...
AND/OR SEAS 7 FEET OR HIGHER...ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
