GRADIENT. WINDS AND SEAS WILL LIKELY REMAIN HAZARDOUS TO SMALL
CRAFT THROUGH MUCH OF THE WEEKEND UNTIL THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
LIFTS NORTHEAST THROUGH THE AREA ON MONDAY.
