* VISIBILITY...AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* OUTLOOK...THIS DENSE FOG ADVISORY MAY NEED TO BE EXTENDED IN
  OUR MID MORNING UPDATE AND POSSIBLY EXTENDED INTO SOUTHERN NEW
  JERSEY WATERS LATE TODAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE MILE. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
