TODAY...WITH AN OFFSHORE BUOY REPORTING SUSTAINED EAST WINDS OF 23
KNOTS GUSTING TO 27 KNOTS. ELEVATED EAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE OVERNIGHT...WITH SEAS INCREASING TO AROUND 3 FEET.

CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
CONDITIONS.
