MODERATE RAINFALL PERSISTING OVER THE SILVER FIRE BURN SCAR IN THE
BLACK RANGE MAY LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING IN DRAINAGE AREAS BELOW THE
SCAR IN BOTH FAR WESTERN SIERRA AND FAR EASTERN GRANT COUNTIES.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ONE HALF TO ONE INCH UNDER THE
MOST PERSISTENT AREAS OF RAINFALL BY MIDNIGHT.
