AT 515 PM MDT...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUED ACROSS PORTIONS OF GRANT AND SIERRA COUNTIES. THE
STRONGEST STORM WAS LOCATED 9 MILES SOUTHWEST OF POVERTY CREEK.
THIS STORM WILL PRODUCE UP TO ONE INCH OF RAINFALL AND OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AS IT TRACKS NORTHEAST AT 12 MPH.
ELSEWHERE CELLS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WERE LOCATED NEAR ARREY AND
HILLSBORO. THESE WERE ALSO TRACKING NORTHEAST AT AROUND 12 MPH.
MODERATE TO SOMETIMES HEAVY RAIN WILL REMAIN THE PRIMARY THREAT
WITH ALL OF THIS ACTIVITY AS IT CONTINUES OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS.
POCKETS OF HEAVIER RAIN WILL BEGIN TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF
INTERSTATE 25 IN SIERRA COUNTY BETWEEN NOW AND 630 PM.
