THROUGH 900 PM...A LARGE AREA OF HEAVY SHOWERS WILL DEVELOP WESTWARD
OVER ALL OF GUAM...EVEN THOUGH INDIVIDUAL SHOWERS WITHIN THIS AREA
WILL BE MOVING FROM THE WEST-SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. ONE TO THREE
INCHES OF RAINFALL CAN BE EXPECTED AND AN ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE. MOTORISTS CAN EXPECT PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS AND
IN LOW-LYING AREAS. RAIN WILL BE TORRENTIAL AT TIMES. DARKNESS WILL
COMBINE WITH THE RAIN TO MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT.

IF YOU WILL BE DRIVING...BE ALERT FOR LOW VISIBILITY AND FLOODED
ROADS IN THE HEAVIEST RAIN. SEEK SHELTER INDOORS OR INSIDE A CAR IF
YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR THUNDER.

VISIBILITY BELOW A NAUTICAL MILE IS EXPECTED WITHIN THE HEAVY
SHOWERS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. IF YOU SEE LIGHTNING OR HEAR
THUNDER...SEEK SHELTER BELOW DECK OR GO INDOORS.
