.NOW...Showers have developed and are now affecting portions of
the northwestern quadrant of Puerto Rico as well as the southern
slopes. As the afternoon progresses, the showers and and possible
thunderstorms are expected to continue mainly across the
northwestern quadrant. Expect the rainfall to be locally heavy at
times, causing ponding of water on roadways and low lying areas.
