.NOW...Showers are starting to develop and affect portions of the
southwestern quadrant of Puerto Rico. Satellite imagery indicates
that cloudiness is developing elsewhere across western Puerto
Rico and could affect those areas later on today. Expect moderate
to locally heavy showers to cause ponding of water on roadways
and poor drainage areas as this activity continues for the next
few hours.
