...STRONG WINDS EXPECTED ACROSS THE WIND PRONE AREAS OF SOUTHEAST
WYOMING...

.STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE AT TIMES ACROSS THE WIND PRONE AREAS
OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING THROUGH AT LEAST THIS AFTERNOON AS THE
PRESSURE GRADIENT NEAR THE SURFACE REMAINS STRONG. WEST WINDS HAVE
BEGUN TO INCREASE OVER THE PAST FEW HOURS FROM CHEYENNE TO THE
I-80 SUMMIT...ALSO ALONG I-25 BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND WHEATLAND.
THESE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TO INCREASE THROUGH THE
MORNING HOURS. WEST WINDS OF 30 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH ARE
LIKELY. FURTHERMORE...THE WEATHER PATTERN LOOKS FAVORABLE FOR HIGH
WINDS TO PERSIST AT TIMES THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS A BLOW OVER RISK FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES
  TRAVELING ALONG INTERSTATE 80 BECAUSE OF STRONG WINDS. THE
  STRONG WIND WILL CREATE DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS THAT WILL MAKE
  TRAVEL HAZARDOUS FOR THESE VEHICLES.
