AFTERNOON...THEN SWEEP ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE STATE TONIGHT
INTO SUNDAY MORNING. GUSTY NORTH WINDS WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE
FRONT...WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS LIKELY TO OCCUR DOWNWIND OF THE
HIGHER TERRAIN. A WIND ADVISORY HAS BEEN POSTED FOR KAUAI...NIIHAU
AND OAHU...AND THIS ADVISORY MAY NEED TO BE EXPANDED ACROSS THE
