THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ELKO HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH TUESDAY
AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE FROM 9 AM TO 3 PM TUESDAY.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: ELY...MCGILL...CONNORS PASS...GREAT BASIN
  NATIONAL PARK.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL CHALLENGING FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES. AREAS OF BLOWING DUST COULD REDUCE
  VISIBILITIES TO ONE MILE OR LESS.
