.A WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR WEST CENTRAL THROUGH SOUTH
CENTRAL MINNESOTA THROUGH 9 AM THURSDAY. THE ADVISORY IS ALONG
AND WEST OF A LINE FROM APPLETON TO ALBERT LEA. NORTHWEST WINDS
FROM 25 TO 35 MPH WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA AFTER
MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. A FEW WINDS
GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL ALSO OCCUR.

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 30 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS BETWEEN 45 AND 57 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN
MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
