ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM PST TUESDAY.

* VISIBILITY: A QUARTER OF A MILE OR LESS.

* TIMING: THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: EUGENE...SPRINGFIELD...CORVALLIS...
  ALBANY...SALEM...MCMINNVILLE

* IMPACTS: VISIBILITY WILL BE IMPAIRED ON MANY ROADWAYS...MAKING
  IT DIFFICULT TO SEE OTHER VEHICLES...BICYCLES...AND PEDESTRIANS.
