WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM PST THIS EVENING THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...EASTSOUND...ROCHE HARBOR...THE SMALLER
  NORTHERN ISLANDS INCLUDING WALDRON AND STUART ISLAND. THE
  ISLANDS NEAR ROSARIO STRAIT.

* TIMING...NORTHEAST WINDS WILL BEGIN RISING THIS EVENING THEN
  PEAK MONDAY MORNING. PERIODIC STRONG WINDS COULD LAST INTO
  MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* WIND...NORTHEAST WINDS 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS MAY KNOCK DOWN TREE LIMBS AND TOPPLE
  SMALL TREES...CAUSING POWER OUTAGES. DAMAGE TO STRUCTURES IS
  POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY WITH FALLING TREES. FOUR TO SEVEN FOOT WIND
  WAVES ARE POSSIBLE ALONG SHORELINES.
