THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A DENSE
FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...VISIBILITY WILL VARY CONSIDERABLY OVER SHORT
  DISTANCES AND WILL FREQUENTLY BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN A QUARTER
  MILE. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY RISE ABOVE FREEZING IN MOST
  AREAS...HOWEVER SOME FREEZING FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE IN A FEW
  LOCATIONS OVER THE NEXT HOUR.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT THIS
  MORNING. SOME POCKETS OF FREEZING FOG MAY CAUSE SOME SLICK
  SPOTS ON ELEVATED ROAD SURFACES LIKE BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
