STRENGTHENING OFFSHORE FLOW FROM SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
GREAT BASIN WILL BRING LOCALLY GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS NEAR THE
COASTAL FOOTHILLS FOR TODAY WITH STRONGER AND MORE WIDESPREAD

* TIMING...CLEARING TOWARDS THE COAST AFTER SUNRISE THROUGH 8 AM.

* IMPACTS...DENSE FOG COULD IMPACT TRAVEL ON AREA ROADWAYS...
  INCLUDING THE 5 FREEWAY IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY AND SOUTHERN ORANGE
  COUNTY AND THE 405 FREEWAY IN NORTHERN ORANGE COUNTY.
