Winds had shifted to northerly and begun to decrease across the
Morongo Basin early this morning. The Wind Advisory will be
allowed to expire.

...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PDT THIS MORNING...

* TEMPERATURE...30 to 35 degrees near Bishop and the northern
  Owens Valley, with temperatures in the mid 30s to lower 40s
  across the central and southern Owens Valley. Cold morning
  temperatures will linger through the weekend.

* IMPACTS...The first freeze of the season is expected across
  the northern Owens Valley which may kill sensitive crops and
  vegetation. Proper precautions regarding pets and outdoor
  plants should be considered.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Freeze Warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or
highly likely. These conditions will kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation. Bring pets indoors to protect them from the
cold.
