Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...The remnant low of tropical cyclone Harvey currently
moving across the Yucatan peninsula will enter the Bay of
Campeche Wed as a possible tropical cyclone, then continue NW
across the west central and NW Gulf through Fri.

.TONIGHT...E winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 ft.
.WED...NE winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
