New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front S of the
area will persist tonight, then lift back N across the waters as
a warm front Fri and Fri night. A weak cold front will move
across the waters late Fri night into Sat, stall just S of the
area Sat night, then lift NE into the waters as a warm front Sun.
Developing low pressure will move NE along the coast and then
into the waters late Sun into Sun night while lifting the warm
front over the region. A cold front will move E across the waters
Sun night into Mon. A secondary cold front will pass SE over the
area Mon night while high pressure builds NE toward the coast.
Low pressure will pass N of the waters Mon and Mon night as high
pressure moves slowly E off the Mid Atlantic coast.
