New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pres ridge will build
SE over the waters today, then persist over the area tonight and
Thu. A weak cold front will approach the Maine coast from the NW
Thu night. Low pres will move NE into the southern waters Fri,
then pass NE across the area Fri night into Sat. The low will
pull another cold front E over the area late Fri into early Sat.
Another ridge will build offshore Sat night through Sun night.

.TODAY...N to NW winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming S. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
Areas of fog with VSBY 1 nm or less.
