SEAS GIVEN AS SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...WHICH IS THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
MORE THAN TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...LOW PRES OVER THE NRN WATERS
ALONG A STATIONARY FRONT WILL MOVE NE AND PASS NE OF THE WATERS
TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL CONTINUE NE OF THE AREA LATE TONIGHT AND
SUN WHILE PULLING THE FRONT SE THROUGH THE WATERS. THE TAIL END
OF THE FRONT WILL THEN STALL AND WEAKEN OVER THE CENTRAL WATERS
LATE SUN NIGHT AND MON BEFORE A WEAKER LOW DEVELOPS ALONG THE
FRONT JUST INLAND NEAR THE VIRGINIA CAPES LATE MON AND MON NIGHT.
HIGH PRES WILL BUILD W AND NW OF THE AREA TONIGHT THROUGH SUN
NIGHT...MOVE SE THROUGH THE FAR NE WATERS MON INTO MON
NIGHT...THEN PASS E OF THE AREA LATE MON NIGHT AND CONTINUE E OF
THE REGION TUE AND TUE NIGHT WHILE MAINTAINING A RIDGE ACROSS THE
FAR SRN WATERS THROUGH THU NIGHT. ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL
APPROACH FROM THE NW WED AND WED NIGHT...THEN STALL JUST N OF THE
