.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pres ridge will weaken

Wed, move offshore late Wed and Wed night, and pass E of the
region Thu and Thu night while establishing a ridge across the
central and S waters. The ridge will persist across the S portion
Fri through Sat night.
